Medication non-adherence and undetected polypharmacy drug-drug interactions cause severe complications in home healthcare environments with complex multi-generational prescriptions. DawaiSathi v4.0 combines Google Gemini Flash multimodal vision transformers for unconstrained prescription OCR and structured schedule extraction, coupled with automated drug-drug conflict detection, a zero-setup family provisioning architecture, and mobile-first glassmorphic UI.
